CNC Repair Tip #11: Yasnac (Yaskawa) Control i-80M Spindle Orientation Adjustment

Attention: Please read the Terms of Use for this site before proceeding.
1. Power control off.
2. Power control on in E-stop condition.
3. Press RUN button, then “setting” soft key.
4. Press the next “setting” soft key, then set PWE to “ON”.
5. Press the MAINT button (pm1000 series parameters will be displayed on the screen).
6. Key in [1] [4] [1] [4] and press CURSOR DOWN arrow key. (This takes you to pm1414).
7. Change value in pm1414 to desired value. (+ counts = M04 direction; – counts = M03 direction)
8. Press RUN button and set PWE to “OFF”.
9. Power control off.
10. Release E-stop button and power control on.
11. Set MDI and command M19; check orientation position and repeat steps 1 thru 10 as needed.
