A few weeks ago an old customer called and left me a message. I checked the voice-mail but he left no details regarding the current problem. I called him back to see what was up. In short, this is what had happened: someone had walked through their facility with a hammer or some such thing, and smashed in the screens on 18 machines. That's right, 18.

I can't count the number of times that someone else's lighter hammer has failed to pull a pin, and the Slapper yanked it out successfully. Pretty much when you use the Slapper, the pin's coming out or it's going to bust something. It's a devastating tool, and a MUST for those involved in general CNC services.
